In 1995, having 10 years of advertising experience behind him, Peter decided to strike out on his own and launched Stackpole. His vision was to create an agency that fosters strong working relationships with a select group of clients who share his belief that building and maintaining a leading brand requires a long-term commitment to a strategic communications program. After nearly 25 years of managing successful client relationships, Peter can confidently say that this philosophy continues to appeal to his clients and staff.
As Director of Client Services, Peter remains a primary client contact, involved in all aspects of strategic development, communications planning, and concept development. He also has a wealth of experience presenting programs to CEOs, boards of directors and top-tier management, and supporting the internal sell-through that is often critical to building momentum within the client organization.
Peter also sits on the Board of Advisors for Vetter, a FinTech startup in the loan automation category, and has been invited to speak at several Bank and Accounting Conferences including NEFMA, ICBA National Conference, ICBANY and Financial Brand.
Chris returned to Stackpole in 2015 to take on the role of Chief Operating Officer with an equity stake in the business. She brings with her a solid background in helping shape small, evolving organizations. Early in her career she developed a passion for innovative organizational design and worked with us in the late ‘90s positioning Stackpole for its initial success. After a short stint in financial services, she honed her skills in the not-for-profit world working with an international cadre of medical researchers at the Informed Medical Decisions Foundation.
As Stackpole’s COO with financial accountability, she will put her BU MBA to good use, working to enhance both the client and staff experience.
As Creative Director, Chris brings almost two decades of financial services experience to the team. Chris most recently served as Creative Director and Marketing Manager of Salem Five Bank, a $6 billion regional bank, for nine years. There he contributed to the overall strategic planning and execution of the Bank’s marketing efforts in order to meet the company’s business objectives and advance the bank’s brand. His background in graphic and digital design enable him to lead the development of effective branding and advertising campaigns across a variety of verticals.
Grady has worked as a writer and creative director on hundreds (if not thousands) of commercials, videos, radio spots and more. At agencies like Arnold, Doner, and MMB, he has consistently led clients and creative teams in the development of award-winning, revenue-generating campaigns. A role he continues to relish here at Stackpole.
Darren is an art director, a creative director and a film director. He’s worked at leading advertising agencies Arnold, Mullen, Hill Holliday, Leo Burnett and MMB, as well as renowned production companies Element and Somoroff+ Studios. At Stackpole, he puts his multi-directorial skills to good use to create strategic, timely, effective solutions for our clients.
Erin joined Stackpole in October of 2014 after 10 years at Mullen serving in a variety of senior leadership roles, including VP, Group Media Director and VP, Director of Media Research. As Group Media Director, Erin managed the media assignments for Match.com, U.S. Department of Defense, and Benjamin Moore, and was awarded Adweek’s Media Plan of the Year for her work on Timberland. In her role as Media Research lead, Erin successfully developed custom client research designed to help solve specific challenges as well as general thought leadership pieces on the latest industry trends.
Erin is always searching to bridge creative media solutions with accountable ROI for her clients and maintains a key emphasis on developing strong client relationships and delivering a high level of client service and innovation. As part of the Stackpole team, Erin will continue that focus, working with clients to develop strategic communications plans that drive bottom-line success.
Jonathan is an experienced demand generation manager and lead management consultant with heavy marketing automation (Eloqua, Marketo, Hubspot) and Salesforce experience. He has built sophisticated demand generation centers of excellence - including paid search, SEO, marketing automation, funnel management, and marketing/sales funnel reporting. He has worked to implement and manage marketing automation for clients such as PTC, Getty Images, Caterpillar, ExaGrid Systems, Nestle Purina, AT&T/Avaya, Microsoft, LexisNexis, and many other well known brands and startups. Jon earned is MBA from Bentley and loves walking in the woods with his dog Cleveland.
Jennifer comes to Stackpole having started her career in arts and entertainment as part of the media team at Serino Coyne, where she worked on a variety of theatrical clients from Disney on Broadway and The Phantom of the Opera to Lincoln Center and the Metropolitan Opera. While there, she gained a significant understanding of the media buying and planning processes before shifting to sales as part of the operations team at Titan Outdoor (now Outfront). Returning to the arts in 2013, Jennifer filled multiple roles at The Gold Group, serving as Account Director, Media Buyer, Senior Director of Marketing, and Promotions Coordinator for a vast portfolio of clients including the California Science Center, Celebrity Series of Boston, Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre, ArtsEmerson, and Cirque du Soleil before landing at Stackpole, where she puts her client services and marketing expertise to best use on a variety of accounts. In her spare time, Jennifer directs live theatre and performs in a cover band on the South Shore – all while raising two girls and trying to get to the beach as frequently as possible.
Christina brings more than 20 years of results-driven PR expertise to generate the kind of consistent visibility that builds strong brand identity and inspires target audiences to take action. Having PR in the Stackpole mix means we deliver truly holistic, multi-channel communications strategies.
When we were looking for an eager, multi-talented, resourceful and always-on-top-of-it account manager, we said to ourselves, why not Angie Minott? She’s all of the above and more! Like most of us here at Stackpole, Angie knows digital inside and out. As evidenced by her multiple certifications from Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft and several other super-techy, new-fangled digital platforms.
Angie brings with her a background in financial services, tech start-ups and real estate. (So, in theory, she could show you the best platform to find a new home, sell it to you herself and then help you secure financing.) When Angie’s not focused on all aspects of our clients’ business, she enjoys the big C’s: Cooking, Crossfit and Cape Cod.
Ollie joined the team at Stackpole in 2016 as a Production Manager after most recently having spent several years refining marketing efforts of a local tech startup. Ollie’s background includes building lasting relationships with her clients and helping deliver projects on time and on budget for companies and organizations of all sizes, across a diverse set of industries including technology, healthcare, and real estate development.
When she’s not in the office, Ollie loves all things outdoor and expanding her collection of home-cooked recipes.
